I’m a firm believer of the fact that the crane accidents must never be termed as “Accidents” as in true sense an ‘Accident’ is only an accident if it is accidental… and to be Accidental, it must not be foreseeable. Many of the fatal crane incidents in past were entirely foreseeable for anyone who cared to look.
